Returns & Refunds Policy – Science Experts Co. (SEC)
1. Purpose
We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the receipt attached.
- Returns do not apply to custom orders or products that have been opened and used (especially supplements after the seal is broken for health reasons).
3. Return & Exchange Process
Contact us via email: [email protected] or phone: +966 53 043 0291 to submit your request. Your request will be reviewed, and once approved, the product will be collected from you or delivery arrangements will be made as agreed.
4. Refund
- After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- If due to a company error or product damage, the company covers shipping.
- If due to personal preference, the customer covers shipping.
5. Exceptions
Some health products and supplements cannot be returned once the seal is opened due to safety and hygiene reasons. Any product that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
6. Important Notes
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions. This Return & Exchange Policy is part of the consumer rights under Saudi Arabian law.
